TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
Barcelona is one of the most visited European cities by travellers worldwide. With its cosmopolitan feel, relaxed pace of life, fantastic gastronomy and unbeatable climate, Barcelona really is the city that has everything. Take a trip down the famous Las Rambla strip and take in some of the most well known artworks of the great Picasso. Experience the amazing Spanish way of life, indulge in traditional cuisine. Barcelona's streets are lined with breathtaking works of gothic and surreal architecture, and is home to modern sites such as Maremagnum Mall. September is a good time to visit this magical city, the weather is mild and there are fewer tourists. We'll then travel to Seville, where you'll rediscover your sensual, sassy self. Seville is said to be the doorway to the past and is typically Spain in a nutshell. This magnificent city is famous for being the birthplace of the passionate and seductive artform of Flamenco dancing, guitar and percussion. Free your wild side and allow the Spanish beat to permeate your soul. Other must-do attractions will include the Cathedral and Giralda, the Royal Alcázar of Seville, and dining on delicious tapas in one of the many tapas bars. Next, we'll head to the heart of the Mediterranean to the mystical white isle of Ibiza, often referred to as the party capital of the world. While it does boast an amazing night life, Ibiza is one of the most stunning islands you'll ever have the pleasure of visiting. The island is surrounded by stunning turquoise water and white sands and offers magneficient architecture and a lively culture. It is said there is a mysterious and magical energy on the island which invokes a sense of freedom and adventure. Take some time to unwind and embrace who you are. Ibiza is the birthplace of the legendary Las Dalias Hippy Markets and no trip to the island would be complete without a tantalising Paella and a taste of the famous Hierbas liquor. Watch the sunset from the glorious Café del Mar, and immerse yourself in the chilled out tunes the island is so famous for. Over to France and the city of love, Paris. Visit the world renowned Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Delight in traditional French cuisine, including escargot (a must!), croissants, pasties, baguettes and crêpes. In this final leg of the tour, you'll enjoy taking in the sidewalk cafés and coffee stops, pedalling around the streets of Paris by bike, and create your very own perfume. On the last day of the tour you'll explore the scenic Champagne wine region, birthplace of the real bubbly. |
