Intention setting is a powerful process which brings consciousness to your dreams. Let's together harness the energy of this magical time, acknowledge and let go of what has passed and open ourselves for the possibilities of the future.
During this workshop you will reflect on the year that has passed, set your intention for the year ahead with ceremonial cacao and using conscious connected breathwork, you will also be guided through a shamanic journey to find your power animal for 2021.
Join us on this journey as we move into 2021 with a deeper connection for what you truly desire.

**Please note that you do not have to have the ceremonial cacao if you don't feel the burn to. Taking ceremonial cacao is not recommended whilst pregnant, breast feeding, effected by low blood pressure or heart conditions, also when taking certain medication like anti-depressants. Always check with your GP first, particularly if you have any concerns**
